About Me ...

I had my first riding lesson for my 5th birthday and went on to own several horses of my own over the years.  I had an equine dentist to attend to my horses when I was thirteen; I thought this could be the career for me as I have always been passionate about horses and their welfare.

I chose to go to Hartpury College for my National Diploma to gain the grades to allow me to go onto university; I stayed at Hartpury and completed the Equine Dental Science degree gaining a 2:1. During the summer months I worked for professional riders which helped me experience different horses and their behaviours whilst in a working environment.

After graduating from Hartpury I have worked with a number of qualified equine dentists to continue my training. In 2011 I attended my BEVA/BVDA exam which I passed, allowing me to become a member of the British Association Equine Dental Technicians.
